". . . dignity or damages, reprieve or redress!"

I focus my practice on employment law, HR compliance, women's rights and personal injury.  Our firm advocates for both the employee and the employer, depending on where the injustice lies. I passionately and aggressively represent victims of discrimination (of all sorts), sexual harassment, retaliation, and/or unfair wage practices against employers.

On the other hand, we protect business owners who go the extra mile to create a healthy and productive working environment, only to be sued maliciously by a disgruntled employee.  There are guidelines that dictate the rights of both the employee and the employer, both are entitled protection under the law. I know where to draw the line.

Furthermore, we train managers in the etiquette of creating harmonious work places. When necessary we customize employee handbooks designed with your staff in mind.

I also pursue personal injury claims on behalf of individual-plaintiffs. If you have a commercial/contract or personal injury issue, I can help.

I run a boutique law firm, with a small staff dedicated to insuring our clients dignity or damages, reprieve or redress!
