Discrimination At Work is punishable by law.

Fortunately for employees working in Houston, Texas there are laws that protect us against discrimination.

Discrimination usually stems from biases steeped in the company’s culture and reflected when it comes to hiring, giving promotions, disciplining, demotions, and/or termination decisions.  If you are a victim of discrimination in the workplace you have every right to file a claim against your employer.
